PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an owner oneself of a camera, and to provide the owner of the camera with a photographed image. SOLUTION: A camera system includes a first camera 21a equipped with a first wireless communication means and a first imaging means and transmitting a photography request signal including information for determining photography conditions by the first wireless communication means, and a second camera 21b equipped with a second wireless communication means and a second imaging means and receiving a photography request signal transmitted from the first camera 21a by the second wireless communication means, photographing a person possessing the first camera 21a by a second imaging means according to the photography conditions and then transmitting the photographed image by the second wireless communication means.
