PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer for overcoming the problems of the cooling efficiency, dew condensation, fluctuations in the temperature and infiltration of dust in one sitting. SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer comprises a reagent refrigerator for refrigerating a reagent; a reagent dispensing mechanism, provided with a sampling nozzle inserted into and extracted from a sampling nozzle insertion hole provided in the reagent refrigerator, and dispensing the reagent; and a blocking mechanism for opening and closing the sampling nozzle insertion hole. The blocking mechanism has a rotating rod that extends in the direction of the rotating center, and causing the nozzle insertion hole that penetrates in a direction intersecting with the direction of the rotating center to be viewed or hidden during a rotation.
