PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting pointer that is easily assembled and has high visibility and good appearance without performing light shielding processing. SOLUTION: This light emitting pointer 13 comprises a light emitting pointer member 13A and a cover member 13B for covering the light emitting pointer member 13A. The light emitting pointer member 13A has a light receiving section 13Aa for receiving radiation light, and a pointer section 13Ab that extends from the light receiving section 13Aa and guides the light from the light receiving section 13Aa to emit light. The cover member 13B has a light receiving section cover section 13Ba for storing the light receiving section 13Aa, and a substantially cylindrical pointer section cover section 13Bb that extends from the light receiving section cover section 13Ba and into which the pointer section 13Ab is inserted.
