PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biomaterial detecting device capable of conducting reciprocal liquid feed in a channel with a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: DNA chips 20 having liquid reservoirs 204, 205 at the both ends of a channel 203 which is equipped with a reaction region are fixed at the DNA chip fixed parts 102, 104 on a rotation board 101, and the rotation board 101 is left-rotated. An analyte liquid moves to the liquid reservoir 205 side by centrifugal force owing to a1<a2. Then, by applying acceleration on the rotation board 101, the DNA chips 20 are moved to DNA chip fixed parts 103, 105 by utilizing inertia force. When the rotation board 101 is rotated after moving, the analyte liquid moves to the liquid reservoir 204 side by centrifugal force owing to b1>b2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
