SOLUTION: DNA chips 20 having liquid reservoirs 204, 205 at the both ends of a channel 203 which is equipped with a reaction region are fixed at the DNA chip fixed parts 102, 104 on a rotation board 101, and the rotation board 101 is left-rotated. An analyte liquid moves to the liquid reservoir 205 side by centrifugal force owing to a1<a2. Then, by applying acceleration on the rotation board 101, the DNA chips 20 are moved to DNA chip fixed parts 103, 105 by utilizing inertia force.
