PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent containing teanine as an active ingredient, and although the teanine is known to have an anti-stress effect (Patent publication No.2904655), a lipid utilization-enhancing effect (Patent provisional publication No.2008-31080), a brain function-improving effect (Patent provisional publication No.Heisei 8-73350), a hypotensive effect (Patent provisional publication No.Heisei 5-229938) and a smoking desire-inhibitory effect (Patent publication No.3730522), it is also effective in various diseases other than the above, with especially marked effects.
