PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply cards in a cassette body of a card storage cassette even during the draw-out of the cards when the card on the lowest layer is drawn out by the rotation of a pickup roller from the card storage cassette in which a plurality of cards are vertically layered with card surfaces being substantially horizontal. SOLUTION: In the card storage cassette 30 which is attachably/detachably loaded on a cassette fitting stand 11b exposed to a right surface 11a of an exterior casing 11 of a card recording device 10, a cassette body 31 and a cassette cover 32 which are longitudinally separated from each other along the vertical direction are framed in a box shape via a vertical guide means, and the cassette cover 32 is removable from the cassette body 31 along the vertical guide means.
