PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove foreign matter attached to a guiding groove of a pulley. SOLUTION: During the operation of a forklift, a middle mast and a lower beam 2 elevate according to work, and a hydraulic hose 14 is guided by the pulley 10, which freely rotates, to vertically move according to that. When foreign matter is attached to the inside of the guiding groove 13 positioned on a left upper side of the pulley 10, if the pulley 10 rotates in a clockwise direction, the foreign matter attached to the inside of the guiding groove 13 is scooped up by a curved groove 23 or 26 of an arm 18 or 19. The foreign matter placed on the curved groove 23 or 26 climbs up on the curved groove 23 or 26 by inertia force, and reaches an upper surface 24 or 27.
