PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airless coating device capable of efficiently performing coating operation for a metal part of an insulator of a steel tower by properly carrying out the fine-adjustment of amounts of discharge corresponding to the shape of a material to be coated, the distance of a narrowness portion or the like by means of a discharge amount adjustment mechanism of a coating in a spray gun by a coating operator. SOLUTION: In the airless coating device for feeding a coating in the pressurized condition in a fuel tank and discharging a coating through an airless gun attached to the tip end of a feed hose, the airless gun is provided with the discharge amount adjustment mechanism of a coating. The airless gun is provided with a discharge mechanism of a coating using a grasping power type lever at the tip end portion and a discharge amount adjustment mechanism of a coating at a base end side portion connected to the feed hose. The discharge amount adjustment mechanism of a coating is constituted of a valve enclosure connected to the feed hose to feed a coating and a needle valve using a screw-type advance or retreat mechanism adjusting the amounts of a coating fed to the airless gun in the valve enclosure.
