WATER PURIFIER AND METHOD FOR GENERATING ALKALINE WATER

A water purifier and a method for producing alkaline water using the same are provided to gain efficiently the alkaline water of which acidity is under pH 10 and including enough dissolved hydrogen with simple structure. A water purifier includes an electrolytic cell(1) and a drink optimizing unit. The electrolytic cell is divided into an alkaline water producing chamber(2) and an acidic water producing chamber(3). The drink optimizing unit includes a raw water bypass channel. The raw water bypass channel is connected with an alkaline water discharging channel(7). The drink optimizing unit further includes a flow conversion valve(6). The drink optimizing unit further includes a route collecting the acidic water and the strong alkaline water.
