A received signal strength indicator for outputting complete digital signals is provided to implement in a small area by not requiring a separate converter such as a decoder. Amplifiers(101-1, 101-2, 101-3, 101-4) amplify the signal inputted through its own input terminal as each gain, and the amplified signal is outputted. Voltage detectors(105-1, 105-2, 105-3, 105-4) detect the voltage of the signal outputted from the amplifier corresponding to the detected voltage(V1, V2, V3, V4) is outputted. Comparators(107-1, 107-2, 107-3, 107-4) receive each detection voltage(V1, V2, V3, V4) with the respective reference voltage(Vref), and outputs the selection signal(SEL1, SEL2, SEL3) having first-level or second level are outputted according to the comparison result. |
