摘要 <p>A manufacturing method of porous metal electrode for molten carbonate fuel cells using a dry process is provided to control the thickness leveling degree of a product by transforming the pore rate and the pore size of porous metal electrode through dry casting technology. A manufacturing method of porous metal electrode for molten carbonate fuel cells using a dry process comprises: a step scattering metal powder on a graphite plate and dry-casting the metal powder; a step compressing the powder which is dry-casted; a step sintering the compacted powder; and a step pressurizing the sintered electrode. The metal comprises one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of nickel, iron, copper, tungsten, zinc, manganese and chrome. In the compacted powder sinter step, the sintering is performed at a temperature of 650~1,050°C for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.</p>
