An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve the display quality by overcoming the deterioration problem of the driving transistor. An organic light emitting display device comprises the first transistor(S1[n]), a capacitor(Cst[n]), a driving transistor(T[n]), an organic light-emitting diode(OLED[n]) and the second transistor(S2[n]). The first transistor receives the Nth number gate signal from the Nth number gate wiring. The capacitor stores the data signal of data line into data voltage in case the first transistor is turned on. The driving transistor is operated by correspondence of data voltage of capacitor. In case the driving transistor is driven, the power source of the first power line flows to the Nth number of second power line in order to radiate the organic light-emitting diode. The second transistor is connected to the N-1th gate wiring. In case the first transistor is turned off, the N-1th number of second power source of the second the power line is supplied to the gate of driving transistor.
