A loss preventing system of a pulling sensor for the ocean inquiry is provided to prevent the loss of the pulling sensor in advance by installing a pulling controlling part controlling the operation of a winch part. A loss preventing system of a pulling sensor for the ocean inquiry comprises: a cable tension sensing part equipped in a winch part(100); a GPS speed sensing part(300) detecting the speed of the ocean inquiry ship; and a pulling controlling part(400) controlling the operation of the winch part according to a set value and a signal of the GPS speed sensing part and the cable tension sensing part.
