A load driving apparatus with fault diagnosis function is provided to allow a rapid management when a fault is generated at the output contact. A power supply unit(22) supplies a DC power having a constant size, and an output contact controller supplies the power of the power supply unit to a load by forming a closed circuit with the load and the power supply unit according to a driving signal. A sensor(24) senses whether the current flows into the closed circuit or not, and a main control unit(21) delivers the load driving signal to the output contact controller while performing a process for a fault generation.
