A hinge manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of a hinge device and make the mass production possible. A loading unit(20) receives a plurality of pins. The first feeder(30) transfers the pins from the loading unit. The second feeder arranges the pins transferred from the first feeder and then performs the trajectory feeding. The third feeder(60) absorbs the pins transferred from the second feeder and then transfers them to a pin loading jig. The fourth feeder(70) transfers the pin loading jig to an insert jig.
