An optical sensor is provided to secure change of the fluorescence characteristic according to the bond of metal ion, especially, Pb^2+, to easy recover by acid and base and to be used as a fluorimetric kit in the field of pharmacy and environmental fields. An absorbent having selective bonding property with metal cation is prepared by bonding a luminescent receptor compound on the surface of a silica supporter. The luminescent receptor compound has a functional group which selectively bonds metal cation and a luminophore of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 and R^2 independently hydrogen, (C1~C7) alkyl group, halogen atom, nitro group, nitrile group, (C6~C20) aryl, (C6~C20)ar(C1~C7)alkyl group or (C1~C20) alkoxy group, wherein the alkyl group or aralkyl group may contain an unsaturated bond; Ar^1 and Ar^2 are independently selected from (C6~C20) arylene; and m and n are independently an integer of 1-3.
