An optical connector is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of a product by forming a metal plating film on a fixed region of a fiber optic transceiver, and to improve properties of an optical signal by shielding electrical waves. A fiber optic transceiver(20) includes a package and a plurality of frames. The package includes an optical device. The frame is connected with the optical device electrically, and connected to a circuit of a circuit board. A combining hole is formed to insert optical fiber. A sleeve connector(10) connects the optical device and optical fiber. A metal plating film is formed on the whole surface of the sleeve connector to shield an electromagnetic wave.
