A KNUCKLE WITH A BALL JOINT SOCKET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A knuckle integrated with a ball joint socket and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to streamline assembling processes and reduce the manufacturing cost of the ball-joint by providing a ball-joint capable of being assembled to a knuckle without a coupling process with a bolt. A manufacturing method of a knuckle integrated with a ball joint socket comprises: a step(S1) making a preform of a ball-joint socket with the aluminum alloy through a casting process; a step(S3) heating up the preform of the socket of ball-joint; a step(S4) forging the preform of the socket of the heated ball-joint; a step putting the socket part of the forged ball-joint into the casting frame of the knuckle integrated with the ball-joint; and a step of casting the knuckle integrated with the ball-joint by putting in the melting steel material into the casting frame(S5).
