<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of a fuel gas from a fuel gas manifold. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell includes: a first constituting member for constituting part of the fuel cell; a second constituting member laminated on the first constituting member for constituting the part of the fuel cell; the fuel gas manifold passing through the first and second constituting members for letting the fuel gas run; a first sealing member sandwiched between the first and second constituting members to form a sealing line so that the fuel gas manifold is surrounded; a second sealing member sandwiched between the first and second constituting members and provided outside the first sealing member in the direction along the surface of the first or second constituting members to form the sealing line outside the first sealing member so that the first sealing member is surrounded ; and a discharging flow path capable of communicating a space between the first and second sealing members with the outside of the fuel cell and capable of discharging a fluid in the space between the sealing members outside the fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
