PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of suppressing the operation of a specific travel control system according to a vehicle environment. SOLUTION: The vehicular control device comprises an operation switch capable of selecting a plurality of respective systems mounted to a vehicle according to the number of operation times, an operating time or an operation angle and operated for changing the control state of the selected system, and a vehicle environment detection means designed to detect or anticipate a predetermined vehicle environment. At least one of the plurality of systems is composed of the travel control system for controlling the traveling state of the vehicle or a light axis of a headlight of the vehicle and further equipped with an operation suppressing means for suppressing the operation of the operation switch for changing the control state of the travel control system when the predetermined vehicle environment is detected or anticipated by the vehicle environment detection means.
