PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of precisely dispensing an extremely small amount of a sample or reagent. SOLUTION: A dispensing nozzle is allowed to vertically fall to the base of a reaction container when the sample or reagent is discharged into the reaction container to discharge the sample or reagent and, in the case where the dispensing nozzle is subsequently raised upward, the angle of the dispensing nozzle is made variable for the purpose of avoiding the phenomenon that the sample remains on the outer wall of the dispensing nozzle to bring the leading end of the dispensing nozzle into contact with the inner wall of the reaction container to accurately discharge the sample or reagent.
