PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic action arrangement capable of easily increasing power generation amount. SOLUTION: A power generater (electrostatic action arrangement) 100 comprises a movable substrate 7 comprising an electret 7a, a movable substrate supporting member 1b for supporting the movable substrate 7, a fixed substrate 3 comprising a collector electrode 4 formed to face the electret 7a, and a gap adjusting part 10 which adjusts a gap between the electret 7a and the collector electrode 4, with the surface of the fixed substrate 3 as a reference plane.
