PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding sheet including a resin sheet base material for controlling waving of the entire part and a metal mesh member provided on the base material and also provide an optical sheet including the electromagnetic shielding sheet as a structural element. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shielding sheet 100 includes the resin sheet base material and the metal mesh member provided on the base material. The metal mesh member includes a metal mesh part 13a and a metal frame 13b provided at least to part of the circumference of the metal mesh part.
