PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a push knob 3 which can reduce the number of components and assembling man-hours and does not generate crashing noises between the push knob and a panel. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for a push knob 3 wherein a switch operation boss 3c is formed at a lower surface of a head section 3a and a flange 3b is formed in the vicinity of a lower section of the head section 3a and the head section 3a is urged by a membrane sheet 4 so as to make the head section 3a stick out from a hole 1a of a panel 1, a cylindrical section 4b surrounding in the vicinity of the flange 3b of the push knob 3 is arranged on the membrane sheet 4, and a plate-like section 4c formed at an upper end of the cylindrical section 4b is sandwiched by the flange 3b of the knob 3 and an edge lower surface of the hole 1a of the panel 1.
