PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high sealability, while reducing the number of components, in a fuel cutoff valve 10. SOLUTION: This fuel cutoff valve 10 has a casing 20 and a float 50. The casing 20 has a casing body 30 having a cylindrical sidewall part 32, and a cover body 40 arranged in an upper part of the sidewall part 32. The cover body 40 has a cover body 41 covering a part of an upper opening of the sidewall part 32 and having a connecting passage 44a, a welding part 42a formed in an outer peripheral part of the over body 41 and thermally weldable to an upper part of a fuel tank FT, and a seal part 44b arranged by facing the connecting passage 44a and seating an upper part of the float 50. The cover body 41 has a plate part 41a covering an outer peripheral part among an upper opening of the casing body 30, and a level raising part 41b arranging the seal part 44b above the plate part 41a.
