PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print medium feeder capable of stretching a rolled paper attached to a main shaft over a pair of supporting plates while the rolled paper is positioned in the width direction, and feeding a print medium to be reliably positioned to the center reference to a printer. SOLUTION: The print medium feeder comprises a main shaft 41 with a rolled paper being attached thereto, a pair of supporting plates to be positioned and stretched over the main shaft 41, a pair of slide sleeves 45 which are rotated with the main shaft 41 and fitted movably in the axial direction, a freely attachable/detachable mechanism for freely attaching/detaching the pair of slide sleeves 45 by the same distance from the reference position of the main shaft 41, and a rolled paper guide 43 which has a guide plate 432 for pressing the rolled paper attached to the main shaft 41 from a side face side, and is detachably fitted to the slide sleeves 45.
