An aero-generator is provided to facilitate processing of the sensing hole and to reduce the thickness of the sensing plate. An aero-generator comprises a rotor(100) which consists of a plurality of blades and a hub(120); a naucelle(200) wherein components converting rotational kinetic energy of the rotor to the electrical energy are embedded; a locking plate(500) wherein a plurality of locking holes(510) are formed so that a rod(710) of the locking apparatus is hang on the plane; a sensing plate(800) which rotates with the locking plate, wherein a plurality of sensing holes(810) are formed in the plane; and a speed detection sensor(400) which detects rotation speed of the rotor according to rotation of the sensing plate.
