METHOD FOR ELIMINATING COD COMPONENTS IN METAL-COATING WASTE WATER

A method for removing organic components(cod components) in plating wastewater is provided to remove the cod components while solving a problem of generation of sludge and rising of cost, and to recycle processed water through a reverse osmosis membrane and vacuum evaporation/concentration. A method for removing organic components(cod components) in plating wastewater comprises a step for separating the plating wastewater of which pore size is 10Å or less by passing the wastewater through a reverse osmosis membrane into first concentration water and permeated water, and a step for separating the first concentration water into second concentration water and condensed water by adjusting temperature of the first concentration water. A first step further includes a process for recirculating the first concentration water to a reverse osmosis membrane processing process. A second step further includes a process for recirculating the second concentration water to a vacuum evaporation concentration step.
