A skin care device is provided, which cools the thermoelectric semiconductor efficiently and remarkably increases the operation duration. A skin care device comprises: a rear cover(10) and a front cover(20) which include a handle in the lower part and are interconnected in order to have the space part inside; a heat radiation fan(12) installed at the head unit of the rear cover; a cooling plate(14) fixed to the heat radiation fan; a thermoelectric semiconductor(18) which is installed at the electric heat block(16) fixed to the cooling plate; an electrode head(24) electrically combined with a thermoelectric semiconductor through the penetration hole formed in the head unit of front cover; and a cover(26) installed at the outer side of the handle of the rear cover.
