<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen storage can device applied to a metallic organic frame material, having a simple facility, easy in operation, capable of using hot gas generated by operating a fuel cell system as a heat source, and capable of providing the cost saving effect. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen storage can device is composed of at least a hydrogen storage can body, a filter, a ball valve, a pressure regulator, a flow controller and a connecting pipeline. Slowly releasable or hardly releasable hydrogen is quickly released in large quantities at the room temperature by heating by a heater extended outside the hydrogen storage can body. An extended solid high polymer fuel cell can maintain an electric potential value of stable predetermined output power.
