PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical device control circuit having a high-order multiple control loop by cooperative control of hardware and software.

SOLUTION: In a CPU, an execution operating system is a real-time operating system (RTOS). The CPU divides the processing program of each control loop for composing a high-order multiple control loop into several tasks, and achieves task priority and time weighting and then a processing order and a time delay using a scheduling function that the RTOS has.
