<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device that performs sure step operation. <P>SOLUTION: A step-operation type drive device 2 includes a control part 30 so as to achieve step-by-step feeding of a base part 3 provided to the drive device 2 by allowing leg parts 10, 20 to advance step by step. The control part applies a voltage to first/second electromechanical transducers 4, 5 so as to contract the second electromechanical transducer 5 after a lapse of time when landing of a first foot part 6 is scheduled subsequent to contraction of the first electromechanical transducer 4, and then, to expand the first electromechanical transducer 4 before a lapse of time when landing of a second foot part 7 is scheduled. It is possible to simply change a step amount by designing and changing each expansion/contraction amount of the electromechanical transducers 4, 5 and an opening angle α between the first electromechanical transducer 4 and the second electromechanical transducer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
