METHOD FOR FORMING OIL REPELLENCY FILM, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOTOR, AND MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat parts in short time when an oil repellency film is formed on the parts forming a hydrodynamic bearing mechanism.

SOLUTION: An oil repellency agent is applied to an entire periphery of a recessed part 322 of a predetermined shaft 32 located in an upper part of an interface of a lubricating oil. The shaft 32 is arranged closely to an induction coil of a heater. Alternating current of frequency of 15 kHz is supplied to the induction coil to inductively heat the shaft 32. Thus, the oil repellency agent is dried to form the oil repellency film in the recessed part 322 of the shaft 32. The induction heating of the frequency of 15 kHz is used to heat the shaft 32 in short time without generating a distortion in the shaft 32 and form the oil repellency film.
