PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fixture capable of easily mounting a product such as an outer heat insulating frame made of foamed polystyrene and capable of easily assembling the heat insulation structure of the lid of the opening of a building at a lower cost. SOLUTION: The fixture 1 is provided with an abutting plate 2 positioned at a front end, a cylindrical part 3 continuously formed to extend from a back surface to the rear at the central part of the abutting plate 2, and ribs 4 formed to be narrowed toward a rear protruding end from the outer surface of the cylindrical part 3 between the back surface of the abutting plate 2 and the rear end of the cylindrical part 3. The abutting plate 2 is provided with a nearly conical bottom part 2b extending from the central circle 2a. The front end of the cylindrical part 3 is opened to the center of the bottom part 2b. The fixture 1 is inserted into a heat insulation product made of foamed polystyrene. A tapping screw or a nail is inserted into the cylindrical part 3, and thereafter the tapping screw is screwed into a base or the nail is driven into it to fix the heat insulation product.
