DECORATIVE SHEET, DECORATIVE MOLDED PRODUCT AND INJECTION MOLDING IN-MOLD DECORATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative molded product capable of expressing a visual three-dimensional design feeling of an embossed pattern due to the unevenness of the outer and inner surfaces of a sheet so as not to lose the same even by vacuum molding and preventing the disappearance of the three-dimensional design feeling, and an injection molding in-mold decoration method. SOLUTION: A brightness layer 2 is laminated on the rear surface of a transparent resin base material sheet 1 while the surface of this transparent resin base material sheet 1 is demarcated into a high gloss region H and a low gloss region L. The high gloss region H is made thick and the low gloss region L is made thin to visually express the embossed patterns corresponding to the high gloss region H and the low gloss region L. The high gloss region becomes a protruded part (p) protruded in the rear surface direction of the base material sheet corresponding to the thickness of the base material sheet. The base material sheet comprises two layers respectively composed of a crystalline resin and an amorphous resin and preferably has a specific relation between a melting point and a softening temperature. This decorative sheet is laminated on an adherend to obtain the decorative molded product. In the injection molding in-mold decoration method, the decorative sheet is integrally laminated on the adherend being a preformed resin molded article. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
