PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded wire ensuring shielding performance equivalent to a conventional one, and allowing its diameter to be reduced. SOLUTION: The shielded wire 10 includes: a conductor 12 for transmitting a signal; an insulator 14 coated on the outer periphery of the conductor 12; a spiral shield 16 formed by winding a metal element wire around the outer periphery of the insulator 14; a metal foil shield 18 coated on the outer periphery of the spiral shield 16; and an envelope 20 coated on the outer periphery of the metal foil shield 18. Preferably, the outer diameter of the wire is in the range of 1.5-3 mm. Preferably, the outer diameter of the metal element wire of the spiral shield 16 is in the range of 0.10-0.20 mm.
