PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raindrop detecting device for preventing reduction of detection sensitivity of a raindrop even when a detecting object region is enlarged. SOLUTION: A plurality of sensor sections 12 are disposed correspondingly to each of division regions 34 obtained by dividing the detecting object region 32, capacitance of each sensor section 12 is measured, and an adhering state of a raindrop to the detecting object region 32 is detected based on the measured capacitance of each sensor section 12.
