PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester conjugate multifilament fiber imparting stretch property and good fullness feeling of woven or knitted fabric, having good process-through property in production of a woven or knitted fabric and imparting sufficient fullness feeling and stretch property, and to provide woven or knitted fabric thereof. SOLUTION: The polyester multifilament is composed of a single fiber in which two kinds of polyester polymers having different melting viscosities are bonded and simultaneously satisfies the following requirements (1), (2), and (3). (1) the percentage of crimp (CC) is≥20 and≤50 (%), (2) the percentage of crimp at high temperature (HC) is≥25 and≤60 (%), and (3) HC>CC, wherein the percentage of crimp (CC) is the percentage of crimp measured under wet heat treatment conditions for 20 min at 90°C, and the percentage of crimp at high temperture (HC) is the percentage of crimp measured under wet heat treatment conditions for 20 min at 130°C.
