The invention relates to major components of electrical facilities, more specifically to multilayer film electrodes for electrical capacitors. A known multilayer anode for an electrical capacitor comprises a current-carrying foil substrate of evaporated metal, which substrate has a developed surface on which, successively disposed, a conformal valve metal layer having an adjustable volume porosity of chemically active aluminium and an oxide coating, wherein the substrate and the conformal valve metal layer are linked by means of a heterojunction formed by nanoparticles of the substrate and valve metal, which are geometrically closed therebetween, the substrate and the film base are coupled via a nanocomposite barrier layer in the form of the differentiated mixture of bonded materials, the content of which oppositely changes along the layer thickness increase, where a working surface is practically formed by the substrate metal. The novelty of the invention consists in that a metal the hardness of which is by 2-4 times greater than the hardness of the valve metal, substantially titanium, is used as the substrate metal, and in that the pores of the valve metal layer are limited within a range of 1-104 nm. The claimed technical solution makes it possible to improve the multilayer anode for an electrical capacitor providing it with higher major technical characteristics. |
