A dispenser (10) including a body (12) defining a supply chamber (20) therein for retaining a supply of a composition is disclosed. The dispenser further includes an application portion having a front side with a concave application surface (71) disposed externally and being sufficiently large to receive the skin of a patient for application of the composition thereto, and a conduit (26) fluidly communicating the supply chamber with the application surface for delivering the composition to the application surface from the supply chamber. The conduit is preferably disposed generally centrally in the concave application surface.
