A home automation linkage dumb waiter system is provided to enable a user to immediately receive an article through a dumb waiter system by ordering an article directly kept in a management room through a home automation system, thereby preventing crimes through environment design. A home automation system(110) receives a command of a user. A dumb waiter system(150) connects a living space, an article and a management space where articles are gathered from the user. The dumb waiter system manages transfer of the article. A management system(130) is connected to the home automation system. The management system drives the dumb waiter according to a command of the user. |
