A vacuum type roaster having a cooling unit is provided to improve heating and cooling efficiency for each section by executing roasting or drying and cooling processes in separate spaces. A vacuum type roaster(100) comprises a vacuum chamber(110), a heating drum(120), a vacuum supply unit(130), a transfer unit(140), and a cooling drum(150). The vacuum chamber is equipped with an inlet part(111) and an outlet part(112) for inflow and discharge of objects, and an opening/closing unit(113) and a door(114) provided on the inlet and outlet parts to keep the chamber airtight. A heater(115) is installed inside the vacuum chamber. The heating drum is installed to rotate by a first motor(121) inside the vacuum chamber, and supplied with objects to be processes through the inlet part of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum supply unit provides vacuum to make a vacuum in the vacuum chamber. The transfer unit transfers the objects ejected from the outlet part of the vacuum chamber to the bottom. The cooling drum is installed to rotate by a second motor(151) in the bottom side of the vacuum chamber and supplied with the objects from the transfer unit. |
