METHOD OF SIGNAL MULTIPLEXING AND TRANSMITTER IN RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method of signal multiplexing and a transmitter in radio communication system are provided to improve a receiving quality of a control signal by consideration of the property of being easy to degrade of signal quality at the symbol boundary or power change neighborhood of point. A data generate part(11) produces a data signal transmitted to a receiving station(3). A error correction coder(12) encodes data signal with the error correcting coding. A data modulation part(13) modulates bit series obtained in the error correction coder into a predetermined modulation system. A control signal generating part(14) produces the control signal including ACK/NACK signal and CQI signal. A control signal modulator(15) modulates the control signal into a predetermined modulation system. A channel multiplexer(16) performs a time multiplexing so that a signal excepted controlling signal interpose over 1 symbol.
