A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to improve sensitivity, chemical resistance and development and to allow it to be cured completely on a glass or plastic substrate even by the low temperature sintering. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a copolymer obtained by the polymerization of the compounds comprising A1, A2 and A3 and a copolymer obtained by the polymerization of the compound A4 as a binder resin; a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; a coloring material; a solvent; and 7 ~ 15 mass % of a heat crosslinking agent comprising a novolac type epoxy resin, wherein A1 is at least one compound selected from the compounds represented by the formulas 1 to 5; A2 is a compound having an unsaturated bond capable of polymerized with A1; A3 is a compound having an unsaturated bond and a carboxylic acid group; and A4 is a compound having an unsaturated bond and an epoxy group.
