MANHOLE HAVING LOCK DEVICE AND APPARATUS FOR OPENING MANHOLE COVER THEREFOR

A manhole with a locker and an opening device of a manhole cover for the same is provided to reduce the noise of the manhole by the outside condition and to increase the coherence between a manhole cover and a manhole supporter. A manhole with a locker comprises: a manhole supporter(330) having a locking block(331) at the inner circumference; and a manhole cover(350) with a locking key(351) connecting with the locking block. A manhole cover opening device comprises: an opening latch inserted and fixed to an opening hole; a knob part in which the end part of the curved part and the top part of the opening latch are axis-connected each other; and an opening supporter supporting the manhole cover opening device with the manhole supporter, formed at the opposite site where the knob part and the opening latch are axis-connected each other.
