A manhole with a locking unit is provided to prevent the manhole cover from falling off caused by an external shock by enhancing the coherence between the manhole cover and the manhole support. A manhole with a locking unit comprises a manhole cover(350) wherein one or more locking blocks(353) are installed in the location which is distanced from the outer side of the bottom surface, and a manhole support(330) which is coupled with the manhole cover. The manhole support comprises a jaw(331) and the manhole cover is placed thereon. One or more locking keys(333) which are coupled with the locking block of the manhole cover protrude from the lower inner circumference of the jaw. The locking block comprises a latch wherein a rotary shaft is formed in the center, a hexahedron latch case which surrounds the latch and one side is opened toward the locking key of the manhole cover, and a pawl release lever which is the rotary shaft of the latch.
