<p>An apparatus for removing foreign materials in the cooling water of a blast furnace is provided to prevent supply delay and supply problem of the cooling water by initially sensing the washing time of a filtering net. An apparatus(1) for removing foreign materials in the cooling water of a blast furnace comprises: a casing forming a space for removing the foreign material included in the cooling water; a foreign material filtering unit(20) filtering the foreign materials in the casing; a cover opening/closing unit(30) opening and closing a casing cover(17) of the casing; a detecting unit(40) sensing the washing time of a foreign material filtering net(21); a washing unit washing the foreign material filtering net; and a controller(70) operating according to the sensing signal delivered from the detecting unit.</p> |
