A biaxial oriented polyester mat film having improved slip property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent property such as the slip property by forming a specific coating layer on both sides. A biaxial oriented polyester mat film having improved slip property comprises a mat layer(B layer) of which cloudiness is 90% or less, and glossiness 60 of the surface is 50% or less, and a double side coating layer capable of improving a non-gloss degree and adding the slip property. The mat layer contains 0.5 -10 weight% of silica particles of which average particle size is 0.5 - 20mum. The double side coating layer applied for the slip property is formed by using dispensing liquid in which silicon molecules and an RH catalyst are included.
