<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device further improved in safety by preventing the fall of an occupant while securing a space between the occupant and a vehicle side wall when a side collision or a head-on collision occurs. <P>SOLUTION: This occupant crash protection device is provided with a seat cushion 12 on which the occupant sits, an inflator bag 22 which is in a lower part of the seat cushion 12 and provided on the vehicle side wall side, an inflator 24 for inflating and deploying the inflator bag 22, and a seat belt device 30 having a shoulder belt 32 for constraining a shoulder on an opposite side of the vehicle side wall of the occupant P in a sitting state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
