<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector capable of being fixed to a rocker panel without mounting a separate clip. <P>SOLUTION: This protector is for a wire harness wired along an upper surface of the rocker panel of a vehicle. The protector is provided with a bottom wall, a gutter-shaped protector body part provided with outside wall and inside wall projected from both sides of the width direction of the bottom wall and extended in the length direction, and a clip part having an opened lower end extending to the whole length of the length direction on an external surface of the outside wall of the protector body part. The cross sectional shape of the length direction is made to have the same shape.
